Radboud Sports Centre​

19:00 - 20:30 Bicycle lighting control, Runners' vest handout, team captain reporting and cyclist vest handout

Due to the center stage, the bicycle lighting control, team captain reporting and cyclist vest handout will take place at the same time at the Radboud Sport Centre. This will be between 19:00 and 20:30. The specific location is also indicated by signs. The team captain registration and the bicycle vest handout will take place in Sports Hall 1 (entrance climbing wall). The bicycle lighting check will take place at the front of the sports center.

  • The bicycle lighting check: since a large part of the race takes place at night, it is important that the lighting of your bike is in order. The check is mandatory and when the bicycle lighting is not in order you are required to purchase bicycle lights from the Batavierenrace. The amount of EUR 5, - will be deducted from the deposit. When your bike has been approved, you will receive a form with the details of your team, with which you can collect the cyclist vest.
  • Cyclist vest handout: once you have passed the bicycle lightning control, the signs and crew will show you where to pick up your cycling vest. To do this, you must hand in the form you received at the bike light check. Make sure the team data is correct!
  • Runners' vest handout: The first runner will have to pick up the team vest between 19:45 and 21:15. You can do this at the booths
  • in the RSC sports hall. To ensure a smooth process, the vests are sorted by start group and start number. It is therefore important that you know the full name, start number and start group of your team. The campus stage starts at 21:45, so make sure you arrive at the Radboud Sportcentrum well in advance!
  • Team captain registration: next to the cyclist vest distribution there is a table for the team leader registration. Here you can pick up a team leader's bag with all the important documents and the route booklet.

20:45 - 21:30 Instruction for the team captains

The team captain instruction starts at 20:45 in Sports Hall (the hall number will be announced at a later date) at the Radboud Sports Centre in Nijmegen. Here the organization will tell the most important things about the race. For fire safety reasons, only the team captain is allowed to be present at the instruction. If the team captain cannot be present, the contact person of the night shift can come as delegate. Make sure that the given information is communicated to the entire team.

Parking for team busses

You can park your team's vehicles at P9 and P10. For the location, see the map below.

Buses to Ulft​

Saturday morning 2 buses will leave for the restart location in Ulft.

The bus for starting groups 1 to 3 will leave at 03:45 from the Driehuizerweg (backside Radboud Sportcentrum).

The bus for starting groups 4 through 6 leaves at 04:15 from the Driehuizerweg (back of Radboud Sports Center).

Buses to Barchem​

Saturday morning 2 buses will leave for the restart location in Barchem.

The bus for starting groups 1 to 3 will leave at 08:45 from the Driehuizerweg (backside Radboud Sportcentrum).

The bus for start groups 4 through 6 leaves at 9:15 from the Driehuizerweg (back of Radboud Sports Center).
