Organization

It is no secret that this year's organization has gone differently than usual. Nonetheless, dozens of enthusiastic staff and committee members have worked hard over the past few months to get this alternative Batavierenrace up and running. Starting with the brainstorm about the alternative event to moving on to devising the route, ensuring safety, realizing a suitable time registration system and much more.

In addition to the permanent staff and the organization, many more employees are on the job this weekend to make the 53rd Batavierenrace a reality. They help with the set-up, safety and other thing to make sure the race runs smoothly.

In this chapter you will get a look behind the scenes of the Batavierenrace. Who are the people behind the race? What work is done to take care of both the regular race, and this year's alternative race?
